Please ensure there is a clear entrance and clean space for the massage table, including room to move around it. The table itself is at least 6 feet long x 3 feet wide, and I will need ideally at least 3 feet of space around the table. Sometimes spaces are narrow, but we can always find the best space to work in. Feel free to set your preferences of having a fan on, lighting, incense, candles, essential oil diffusers, etc. This is your home and I am there to assist your peace.

Please dress in clothes that you are comfortable in. When I have left the room to let you get ready for the treatment table, most massage services will require you to remove everything except underwear. In Craniosacral Therapy treatments, the client keeps all clothing on.

I work with Jojoba oil, which is hypoallergenic, non comedogenic, full of nutrients like Vitamin E and B, and is gentle enough to nourish and protect sensitive skin. I have organic vegan massage lotion as well, and I am open to using a client’s preferred product if requested.

Yes. It is completely safe for children to receive massage therapy. Typically a parent or legal guardian is present during the session for children under 16 years old, either in or outside of the treatment room, however this is up to the guardian’s preference.

Yes of course! It brightens my day even more to be greeted by your extended family! I am not allergic to cats, dogs, or other animals. When pets are present in a session, they usually rest and relax nearby, attempt to assist or sniff due to owner curiosity, or lay by the door to guard the serenity.

All major debit and credit cards are accepted. Venmo, zelle, and cashapp are also accepted. You will receive an email invoice for your appointment, first for the appointment deposit (50% of service for first time clients), and when the treatment is complete, the following invoice will complete payment. 

Gratuity is not included in the cost of service. In massage therapy, it is customary but not required to tip your service provider if you appreciated the session. 

After every service, all materials are disinfected and washed thoroughly, including the massage table, headrest, bolster, linens, and any tools used. If a client prefers wearing a mask or that I wear a mask, this will be respected and accommodated too.
